Q. Why do I need WiFire Prime when there's free Wi-Fi at these airports?
Free Wi-Fi at airports in India is a best-effort, 45-minute service that requires you to have an India SIM to which an SMS code (a.k.a OTP) will be sent each time you connect. With WiFire Prime, you skip the SMS verification and use the Internet as long as you want on all your devices.
Q. I'm traveling to India from abroad and do not have an India SIM. Will this work?
Absolutely! WiFire Prime accommodates the needs of travelers from abroad who often land in India's airports with their home country's SIM. WiFire Prime can connect all your devices to the airport's WiFi, without needing you to receive SMS verification codes.
Q. What other locations are on WiFire Prime?
In addition to the airports listed, WiFire Prime is also available at all Starbucks locations in India.
Q. What does “connected device” mean?
A connected device is one that is currently connected to a supported WiFi hotspot using WiFire Prime. You're welcome to install WiFire on up to 8 devices, but you cannot exceed the maximum number of connected devices per your billing plan.
Q. Are there any limits on data usage? Is this unlimited?
While we don't impose any overall data limit, we do have a Fair Usage policy that applies on a daily basis. If your data usage exceeds 1 GB per day, speed will automatically drop to 256 kbps.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept payments through major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc., processed through our secure payment gateway.
Q. How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your WiFire Prime account page, or by sending our support team an email at wifireprime@mobstac.com.
Q. What is your refund policy?
We offer a free 14-day trial so you can try our service with no obligation. For paying subscribers who wish to cancel, the cancellation is effective from your next billing cycle. We do not refund unused subscription fees midway through the cycle.
